The House of Representative’s passed an antiabortion bill, HR7 , No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act, on the 42 Anniversary of Roe v Wade.
The bill seeks to restrict insurance companies that offer
coverage through the Affordable Care Act from offering plans that include abortion services and make it illegal to use tax credits towards the obtainment of such services. The bill makes no provisions for abortions to protect the health of the women.
