At Women’s Choice Medical Center, we want to make sure information is clear about payment, insurance, and financial assistance.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of the visit.
• We accept cash, money order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Credit cardholder must be present with picture ID.
• No personal checks are accepted.
• Our fees include: lab work, counseling, and ultrasound, as well as anesthesia. We can give you an estimate based on the services you are seeking.
• If you are getting a procedure, a post-procedure check-up is offered at minimal to no cost to you.

Financial Assistance

If you need financial assistance, please ask us about the New Jersey Abortion Access Fund (NJAAJ). After you’ve schedule an appointment with us, we will apply for funding. If you qualify, they may be able to assist you with paying for your abortion care. For a limited time, we also have state grant funding to assist our patients that identify as having lower income households.
